BridgeMinds Alliance
A disciplined collaboration platform
BridgeMinds turns partnership into practical access. It coordinates referrals, shared resources, joint programs, technical expertise and co-funded responses that no single institution could deliver alone.

What partners get
Reach, coordination and evidence
Community reach
Access to trusted community networks and culturally reviewed communication across six countries.
Coordinated referrals
A documented handoff standard, consent management and closed-loop feedback rather than a passed phone number.
Workforce development
AngelMinds training pathways that grow local, supervised, non-clinical support capacity around your services.
Humanitarian support
Strangers Care case management for the material barriers that keep people from reaching your service at all.
Professional technology
Staged MindFru collaboration for authorised clinicians, under responsible-AI, privacy and clinical-safety gates.
Joint learning
Shared evidence, outcome review and honest reporting on what worked and what did not.
How partnership works
Four stages, no shortcuts
Partners do not receive referrals without clear responsibility and feedback.
- 01
Due diligence
We screen a small number of high-value partners rather than announcing a large network. Legal standing, safeguarding capability, service scope and track record are reviewed before anything is signed.
- 02
Agreement
Every agreement defines referral responsibilities, safeguarding duties, data-sharing basis, feedback obligations and how disputes and incidents are handled.
- 03
Referral and delivery
Warm referrals move in both directions against a live, country-specific service map. We never promise acceptance, availability or outcomes controlled by another provider.
- 04
Review and learning
We measure active partners, response time, completion, coverage and joint outcomes — and expand only when referral quality and accountability are demonstrated.
Two different things
BridgeMinds partnership vs joining the Mental Help Africa network
- BridgeMinds Alliance partnership
- Any organisation, anywhere in the Foundation network, can become a BridgeMinds service partner — agreeing referral, safeguarding, data-sharing and feedback standards so people receive one joined-up pathway. This is a service relationship, not membership of a branch.
- Joining the Mental Help Africa network
- Other African organisations may apply through MentalHelpAfrica.org to join the Mental Help Africa network. Joining the network does not make an organisation an official Mental Help Foundation country branch.
Applications to join the network are made through mentalhelpafrica.org.
